Terms & Conditions
- By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Prices are shown before checkout and confirmed at payment. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, photos and text you submit, and you are responsible for any claims arising from it.
- We may decline or cancel orders containing unlawful, infringing or offensive content, with a full refund.
- Turnaround and shipping times are estimates and begin after artwork is received and approved.
Custom Printing Policy
- Every product is printed to your specifications, so you are responsible for reviewing size, spelling, layout and options before ordering.
- Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print. Low-resolution or improperly sized artwork may print blurry or pixelated.
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production has started. Once production has started, custom products are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund, except where required by law.
- If we make a production error (wrong size, wrong material, misprint or damage in transit), we will reprint or refund at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
